The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the city center, offering nice views and accommodating staff. However, the room was prepared only for one person despite informing them we were coming as a couple, with limited bedding. Overall, a pleasant experience with room for improvements.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were a bit disappointing; they were very hot despite the weather not being particularly warm, and the condition was poor. On the positive side, the room was reasonably spacious, with a comfy chair and desk chair. The service, however, was excellent with pleasant and helpful staff who spoke very good English. The location was convenient, being in the old city and just a short walk away from main attractions, although it could get noisy in the evenings. The dining experience was okay, with some standard options and local specialties, but it lacked variety in coffee choices. Overall, the facilities were decent but could use some improvements.

The service was inconsistent, ranging from helpful staff always serving with a smile and speaking good English to others who seemed clueless and strictly unsmiling, especially for guests like me from Poland. The location was great, providing lovely scenery and easy access to explore Gdansk. However, the dining options were not impressive with the use of coffee machines and limited choices. Overall, the facilities were adequate, but there were some drawbacks.
